Shipping Policy
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped.
The email will include the Courier tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
Delivery Date
- Regular orders 7-14 days
- Customized orders 15-30 days
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in India.
At Coral Accessories we strive to deliver your order within the delivery date. Please note that the expected delivery date is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, online security checks and stock availability.
Delivery Failure
Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery charges due to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address will be borne by you.

Coral Accessories is not able to determine these costs at checkout
Any additional charges charged or collected by external parties cannot be refunded in any form by Coral Accessories. Please check with your local authorities on your tax responsibilities and rights.
In the event that taxes are incurred and if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you shall be responsible for payment of all return charges, inclusive of any return taxes incurred. These charges will be deducted from the initial payment before a refund will be issued.
In the event that taxes are incurred in any shipment and where Coral Accessories assigned delivery agent pays such taxes on your behalf, you shall be liable to pay the tax amount to the delivery agent upon receipt of the shipment.
The sender shall be responsible for all taxes imposed by the state authorities for any returns of goods to Coral a. Should the returned item(s) be deemed not to be in its original condition, Coral Accessories reserves all rights to return the item to the sender at the sender’s cost.
Cancellation by Us
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account. Please note some banks require up-to 4 working days for payments to be reversed to their customers.
Cancellations by the User
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
A request for cancellation of an order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which a request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 hours from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
